ULTRA-STURDY 1.9MM BOARD

Each piece is mounted to extra-thick 1.9mm puzzle board, delivering a strong, rigid feel in your hands. This premium thickness ensures our puzzles holds up beautifully through repeated use, without bending or soft edges.

EXCEPTIONAL FIT & PIECE VARIETY

Each puzzle is cut using 420 tons of pressure using a die - a custom steel cutting tool. This process ensures a precise fit and gives you a mix of unique shapes (not just rows of identical tabs and blanks like cheaper puzzles). The entire process is hand-fed and constantly checked by experienced operators to ensure every cut is clean, tight, and satisfying to snap into place.

From precision gluing within a 0.5mm tolerance (for perfect image alignment) to time-tested curing and quality control, each puzzle is crafted with true craftsmanship and attention to detail. You’ll feel the difference the moment you begin.
